After seeing all towns along the southern strip of Alaska we spent an at sea day visiting Glacier Bay National Park from the comfort of the floating buffet, ehm, I mean ship.
The weather when we first got to Glacier Bay looked promising but ended up being overcast and drizzly the entire time there. We started with a visit to the Margerie Glacier which was nice, then we headed back and saw the Lamplugh Glacier before going up the other fork for a distant view of the Johns Hopkins Glacier before returning for a second closer pass at Lamplugh Glacier.
Great visit.
