Nothing wrong with the $2 taco stands all over town but our last night in Cabo as a group we wanted to go someplace special. Vince and Michael heard about this great restaurant carved into the cliffs on the Pacific side. To get there you go through this impressive iron gate and then a tunenl carved through the mountain opening up at the entrance to the Capella Pedregal Resort.

The restaurant is a small place off to the side over the water. The menu consists of whatever fresh fish was cought that morning plus some steak. We chose a tasting menu for 2 which consists of small portions of most of the items on the menu. All meals come with appetisers and a soup as well. We also found the desserts to be really quite good and a relative bargain. The restaurant itself was definitely not cheap but the ambience was quite special and worth it.
